For our esteemed customers in Hyderabad, we offer expedited same-day in-store pickup (please call before arriving) and a standard next-day delivery for shipping orders. Across India, we utilize trusted courier services to ensure your package arrives within 3-5 business days.

Shipping discounts may be available based on the order quantity and value. Check our social media handles to take advantage of any current shipping discount promotional campaigns

Upon dispatch, customers will receive tracking details to conveniently monitor their order's journey. We encourage signing up for tracking notifications to coordinate the delivery of the products in a safe and comfortable manner. 

We strongly encourage our customers to take unboxing pictures and videos (not just because they make for great social media content… do not forget to tag us) to create a proof of condition of the products upon receipt, in case products are damaged during transit.

Returns Policy for Konnect Pickleball LLP:

At Konnect Pickleball LLP, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for our products, both in-store and online.

For in-store purchases, items can be returned at the store within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in unused, original condition, and with all packaging and receipts. We do not provide any return shipping assistance for in-store purchases. 

For online purchases, customers must initiate a return request by emailing us at konnectpickleball@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item. Once the return is approved, customers should ship the product back to us in its original condition. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. For items purchased online, the refund will include the cost of the item but exclude shipping charges.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns due to the nature of these products. Additionally, items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned, unless damaged upon delivery.
